THERMAL CENTRAL OF GREAT POWER
Redevelopment of the Thermal Central located in the Province of Turin (ITALY) in order to reduce NOx emissions to a value < 60 mg / Nm3 referred to 3% of O2.
The Thermal Central is composed of:
- N.1 water tube boilers 88 T/h, each with 2 duo-block register and plate burners brand Energy Burners model EBRP12M ultra Low NOx at natural gas.
The burner control and regulation system is made by PLC.
There is a smokes recirculation system with auxiliary fan designed for the insertion of the smokes in combustion air duct.
The emission values found are the following:
- without recirculation NOx < 80 mg/Nm3 referred to 3% of O2
- with recirculation NOx < 50 mg/Nm3 referred to 3% of O2
This activity was carried out turnkey in 2017 by Energy Bruciatori Industriali.
