Installation of natural gas plant and register ultra low NOx burners EBRP 8M

THERMAL CENTRAL OF GREAT POWER

Redevelopment of the Thermal Central located in the Province of Brescia (ITALY) in order to reduce NOx emissions to a value < 60 mg / Nm3 referred to 3% of O₂ with replacement and design of the new burner complete with flue gas recirculation, control panels, regulation, supervision of the burner and boiler instrumentation.

The Thermal Central is composed of:

• N.1 water tube boilers 12 MW with duo-block register and plate burners brand Energy Burners model EBRP8M ultra Low NOx at natural gas.

The burner control and regulation system is made by PLC.

There is a smokes recirculation system with auxiliary fan designed for the insertion of the smokes in combustion air duct.

The emission values found are the following:

• without recirculation NOx < 80 mg/Nm3 referred to 3% of O₂
• with recirculation NOx < 60 mg/Nm3 referred to 3% of O₂
